Here’s a recipe that good anytime, but especially for a cool evening that calls for staying in and munching!
Better Than Caramel Corn Popcorn
6 C popped corn
2T butter
2T date syrup
Spread popcorn in an 11×14 jelly roll pan. In small saucepan, melt butter and blend in syrup. Pour over popped corn, stirring to coat all pieces. Bake in 325 oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.
Cool slightly in pan before removing and store in airtight container.
