Pumpkin & Walnut Houmous-Served on rye toast, topped with date syrup & hemp seeds with warm salad with leaves.

Perfect for Fall.

Better Than Caramel Corn Popcorn

6 C popped corn
2T butter
2T date syrup

Spread popcorn in an 11×14 jelly roll pan. In small saucepan, melt butter and blend in syrup. Pour over popped corn, stirring to coat all pieces. Bake in 325 oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.

Cool slightly in pan before removing and store in airtight container.

By far one of the most delightful uses of date syrup. Find a really great chevre, a nice crisp bread or flaky cracker and drizzle them over with date syrup.

#83 – On ice cream (we recommend good old-fashioned vanilla with toasted nuts)
#84 – With greek yogurt
#85 – As a topping on oatmeal instead of brown sugar
#86 – Drizzled on salad with tart dried cherries and goat cheese
#87 – Spread on bread hot out of the oven
#88 – Swirled with almond butter on crackers
#89 – On hot biscuits and butter
#90 – With toast and butter for breakfast (along with your coffee & tea of course)
